In order to meet our business goals and objectives\, we need to refine our understanding around what it means to be human in the workplace and how we leverage our individual drives to achieve business results. Today?s top leaders are self-aware of their strengths\, including communication style and decision-making style. These top leaders also know how to adapt their styles to those around them to effectively influence others and achieve desired results.\n\n\n\nThis highly interactive and informative session with the SD Leadership Institute will apply the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment tool to discover the value around 5 key factors:\n\n What are your personal preferences around how to lead\, communicate and make decisions? \n What are your personal preferences around pace and structure? \n How can you make these preferences work for you with your team or clients? \n How can you be more effective in your workplace interactions? \n How can you leverage your team?s talent with this knowledge? \n\nAll participants will have the opportunity to take a free behavioral assessment prior to the meeting. We will talk through what your results mean during the session and how you can apply them in your workplace.\n\n\n\nAs the VP\, Client Engagement for SDLI\, Sara Salam works directly with leaders and their teams to identify opportunities for excellence by bringing innovative solutions to their most critical leadership and team-related challenges. Sara has garnered over 7 years of experience in Human Resources\, where she worked in professional sports organizations as a generalist\, while focusing on growth and development opportunities\, culture and engagement\, employee relations\, and Predictive Index programming. A SoCal native\, Sara has her B.A. from UCLA and is a Certified Predictive Index Analyst. She practiced Predictive Index strategy in house for 6 years before making the move to her current role\, where she shares and educates on the value of Predictive Index and affects positive change on a larger scale.
