Water matters ? our reverse osmosis filter mirrors New York?s water, but to create the perfect crust, it?s more than water and it?s more than following a recipe. At Melody Pizza, we follow grandma?s advice for making good pizza: use fresh ingredients only, make everything in-house, buy locally, and make every pie to order. So, when we run out of dough we have to close the doors for the day.
