This four-session series is built to take members from AI curious to AI confident. Every session includes hands-on practice. People leave with something real they made themselves, not just notes. The first session will be in-person at the Chamber Offices. Sessions 2-4 will be via Zoom.
Session 1: AI Basics, Foundations and First Wins.
Members leave with their ChatGPT (Claude, Gemini, etc.) account properly set up and privacy settings locked down. Most people have no idea what OpenAI can use by default, so this alone is worth the session. They also write their first piece of AI-generated content in their own voice instead of generic AI speak, and learn a simple five-step prompting framework for better results right away.
Session 2: Mastering ChatGPT, Going Deeper.
Members move from using AI to using it strategically. We cover a structured prompting framework, plus the power features almost nobody touches on their own: Projects, Canvas, Deep Research, and image creation. They will walk away starting a personal prompt library, something that gets more valuable every time they use it.
Session 3: Essential AI Toolkit, Complementary Tools.
We go beyond ChatGPT into AI tools for research and competitive intelligence, and for building polished presentations in minutes. The goal is tool stacking: knowing which tool to reach for and how to combine them for a real task, not one-off tricks. I introduce a framework that helps members systematically spot where AI can save costs, improve customer experience, outpace competitors, free up creative time, and take pressure off their teams.
Session 4: Applying AI to YOUR Business.
This session ties everything together. Michelle will introduce the Human-AI Alliance framework. Every member leaves having identified and mapped their own number one quick win with an actual action plan, not just inspiration. There will be a short segment on AI agents. There is a lot in the headlines right now, some exciting, some alarming, and I think it is worth giving members a grounded, practical take: where agents genuinely help, and where a human absolutely needs to stay in the loop.
