DESCRIPTION:Join us for a discussion on "Healthy Life--Healthy Heart" with Marina del Rey Hospital and Cedars-Sinai as we do a deep dive on having "A Healthy Heart\, Healthy Life"  exploring Heart disease prevention and management of blood pressure with lifestyle changes.\n\n\n\nIn addition this forum allows networking with other Health Care Professionals from Kaiser Permanente\, Cedar Sinai and Providence Health Care Systems as well. We hope to see you there.\n\n\n\nA light continental breakfast will also be served. \n\n\n\nThis Health and Wellness Forum is a monthly meeting in which our primary health care members offer advice and perspective on different ways to provide preventive health care practices for our highly active business owners in the LAX Coastal Area. This forum also offers an opportunity to meet and network with local representatives from Kaiser Permanente\, Cedars-Sinai\, Marina del Rey Hospital\, and Providence Health Care.
