DESCRIPTION:Speaker - John Loussararian \, Senior Executive Director\, The YMCA Westchester\n\n\n\nAs a result of a near drowning and a difficult childhood\, the extension of family John Loussararian found at the YMCA determined his career ambition in the organization by the 7th grade. \n\n\n\nExperiencing first-hand the Y's life-saving impact\, John's leadership in working with volunteer boards\, community partners\, and staff has remained steadfast at identifying critical community needs\, deploying responses to ensure a meaningful impact\, and recognizing the importance of articulating our story.  Loussararian's entrepreneurial spirit has served the organization well in leading organizational change\, supporting personal and professional development of team members\, influencing the Y to become nimble throughout the challenges in response to the pandemic\, and the rebuilding efforts from the disruption since 2020. \n\n_____________________________________________________________________________________________\n\n\n\nConnections and networking is one of the main pillars of the LAX Coastal Chamber. As we move forward\, we are looking to assist with making those connections even stronger.\n\n\n\nLAX Coastal Connections is our monthly breakfast meeting designed to provide business owners with an opportunity to Inform\, Involve\, and Inspire each other.\n\n\n\nInform: \n\nThis is an opportunity for your business to standout and inform everyone of who you are and what you represent. \n\n\n\nInvolve: \n\nThe agenda for Coastal Connections provides everyone a chance to see how we can become Involved with your business.
