Rashmi has over 18 years of experience in the Construction market. Rashmi was born and raised in India and immigrated to the United States as a student almost 20 years ago. She is proud to have been naturalized and lives in Los Angeles with her husband and daughter. \n\n\n\nSharon Coleman\n\nCEO\, Coleman Construction\, Inc. \n\nColeman Construction is a major contracting firm and Coleman Equipment Rental\, a new company in Los Angeles. As a result of her passion and commitment for helping women and minority owned businesses\, she has been an active part of the National Association of Minority Contractors since 1995. Sharon is the current President of the National Association of Minority Contractors\, Southern California Chapter (NAMCSC) and is a member of the NAMC National Board.
