From body image and mindful eating to aging and hormones\, we will learn insights to a positive relationship with food and our bodies.\n\n\n\nEllen is a Registered Dietitian /Nutritionist\, Certified Eating Disorders Specialist\, Intuitive Eating Specialist\, Nutrition Therapist\, Public Speaker and Educator. She has been in her private practice for over 20 years. Prior to that she was the Dietitian  manager at 2 major hospitals in Los Angeles\, as well as a Dietitian Consultant for Long Term Care and Eating Disorders Facilities. Ellen has been featured in the media on television\, print and radio. Ellen has recently received her Small Business Certification with the help of the Chamber and is certified with State of California\, County of Los Angeles and the LAUSD School district. She loves to educate. She resides in Westchester with her 2 beautiful teenage daughters\, husband and standard poodle.
