We will not give negativity any discussion time. A former senior trainer with Dale Carnegie\, her experience in communication and leadership coaching spans more than 25 years. Additionally\, she has over 16 years in the aerospace and defense industry\; seven as a Project Management Professional and Six Sigma Green Belt.\n\n\n\nSheila graduated with a BA in Speech Communications and later acquired a sign language interpreting certification.  She is passionate about her volunteer work and sits on the Board of Smoky Hollow Breakfast Club.
