DESCRIPTION:Come join the LAX Coastal Chamber's Lifestyle Group for an evening of Zen and Networking! We will have a Yin & Soundbath class from 5:00-6:00 PM at our own Homtown Yoga's studio and then gather afterwards for more networking and fun!\n\n\n\nThis class combines Yin with Sound Healing...\n\nIn this relaxing and revitalizing class\, we will explore restorative yin poses. You will hold passive poses for several minutes at a time using the gentle support of props resulting in a release of physical and mental tension\, calming of the nervous system while dropping into a state of ultimate well-being and ease.\n\n\n\nThis practice also trains the mind to be comfortable with the uncomfortable until it passes\, a great lesson to take off the mat. With a Sound Healer playing the crystal singing bowls during the entire class\, you will have the added bonus of being immersed in healing sound vibrations.\n\n\n\nAll levels and abilities welcome.\n\n\n\nH MTOWN Yoga is not just another yoga studio. Our mission is to expand the practice of yoga and its many benefits to people of all ages and abilities. To further our efforts\, we are committed to two things: accessibility and convenience. Our intent is to expand to more studios   always conveniently located in a residence community or very close to one.
