Starting as a designer\, he built and sold two companies\, moving on to agency finance and operations management\, leading production and business affairs for over 500 live and televised events in 34 countries. Joe founded Tee Lex to provide real-life solutions that work for project-based small businesses. He has presented at numerous events including the American Institute of Architects annual conference\, the world's largest gathering of the profession.\n\n\n\nAbout Jerry Jen\n\nAttorney/Founder\, Jen Law Firm\n\nWith over two decades of experience in the collections industry\, Jerry serves as the principal attorney and owner of Jen Law Firm\, APC\, a commercial collections and judgment enforcement law firm. As a business litigator\, Jerry works closely with local and regional businesses to help resolve their collections disputes and enforce civil money judgments. Jerry's significant litigation and investigative experience\, coupled with his years of work in the collections industry\, helps him protect his clients' businesses\, both on the front end and the back end. Outside of work\, Jerry has volunteered for pro bono clinics\, and served as a volunteer mediator through the Court. Jerry is also a proud Rotarian\, and actively works with local organizations to give back to the community.\n\n\n\nAbout Mike McCann\n\nPresident\, Merchant Connecting\n\nServicing San Fernando Valley and North Los Angeles County\n\nMike is experienced in payment processing services from both corporate and private consultant. Over 35 years providing processing equipment and service to numerous loyal clients. Unique understanding of most all processing statements and makes the "Purposefully Confusing" make sense. Concentrates on providing the best program and how it effects the client's business and enjoys advising and working with Non-Profit companies to get the best results. Published a terminal programming book to assist fellow associates better manage their time and service their clients more efficiently. Consistently recognized for exceeding goals and has a track record of establishing new markets and developing programs and publications to assist associates in time management to more efficiently service clients. Served as Vice President of BNI Chapter.
