DESCRIPTION:Every year the LAX Coastal Chamber plans an event to celebrate the men and women who protect our community day after day. For years our LAX Coastal Chamber hosted an Annual Protectors' Luncheon and two years ago we thought we would try something new to make an even greater impact. Protectors' Appreciation Week has provided an incredible opportunity to thank all of those who keep our community safe.\n\n\n\nNew this year\, we are excited to also take the time to recognize our frontline healthcare workers across our community who have also protected our community and worked tirelessly fighting the Covid-19 pandemic these last two years. \n\n\n\nWe are excited to launch of 3rd Annual Protectors' Appreciation Week (PAW) celebrating LAPD Pacific Area\, Marina del Rey Sheriff's Department\, California Highway Patrol\, LA County Lifeguards\, US Coastguard\, County and City LAFD\, LAWA Police Detail\, and our countless healthcare workers across our community. This celebration will allow us to honor our local protectors at their stations\, hospitals\, and other places of work. We're looking forward to showing our appreciation by serving meals\, offering treats\, raffling prizes\, giving thank you cards and more.
