DESCRIPTION:The LAX Coastal Chamber is a huge supporter of education and we love coming together every May to celebrate our Outstanding Teachers at the Eddy Awards! While we cannot all be in the Hilton LAX ballroom for this special occasion this year\, we can still honor our educators that are inspiring their students and making a difference at their schools. In this regard\, we've made the decision to host a virtual gala!\n\n\n\nThis event is made possible by the generosity of our sponsors\, who know that even though we can't all be in the same room\, it's still important to carry on with our community traditions and our chamber programming even if that means re-imagining how we hold events for the time being.\n\n\n\nWe hope you will join us at our FIRST virtual special event on Thursday\, May 14 from 5:30-6:30 pm\, where 20 INSPIRING teachers will be our guests of honor and we applaud all of our local educators! We have some surprises in store\, including delivering gift boxes to all our teacher honorees! More information coming soon.
