Event Description:
The U.S. Department of Labor released additional guidance for the recently enacted Families First Coronavirus Response Act. The effective date is now April 1, 2020. This webinar will discuss some of the key takeaways, implementation issues, and compliance.
Employment attorneys Tristan Mullis and Rachel Albert will lead a discussion focusing on: (1)The DOL’s guidance on Paid Sick Leave and Emergency Family Medical Leave Expansion; (2) Assessing the benefits available to employees; and (3) Addressing best practices and answering questions about the impact FFCRA has on your workplace.

Tristan A. Rachel E. Albert, Esq. is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
