California MCLE Provided - 1.0 Hour (General)
Calling all attorneys! Please join us for a California Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) workshop. During the presentation, we will discuss tools attorneys can use to enforce California civil judgments. Learn more about the pros and cons of different enforcement tools, including the different between passive and active enforcement.
With over a decade of experience in the collections industry, Jerry serve as the principal attorney for Jen Law Firm, APC - a judgment enforcement and creditor’s rights law firm that focuses on helping entrepreneurs and businesses to recover their hard to collect debts. Jerry works with a wide range of commercial clients, including manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and service providers. Aside from Jerry’s interest in law, Jerry also enjoys volunteering with non-profit community organizations, cooking, and learning how to play the ukulele.
