Network for Change Volunteer - Ballona Creek Wetlands Cleanup

Please join the LAX Coastal Chamber of Commerce's Network for Change Group and United Airlines to help clean up the Ballona Wetlands on Monday September 29, 2025 from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM, and then networking /Happy Hour at Cantalini's Salerno Beach Restaurant from 5:15-6:30 PM.

Meeting location: Park in the dirt parking lot located behind Gordon's Market (303 Culver Blvd, Playa del Rey, 90293). Entrance gate is in the northeast corner of the lot. (Click View Map to see map.)

Parking: Limited free parking is available in the dirt parking lot. Carpooling/rideshare/bikes/etc are highly encouraged as the lot will fill up on peak days.

How to prepare: Please wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting dirty, long pants and long sleeves recommended. Closed-toed shoes are required (boots or tennis shoes), sun protection is highly recommended, and bring a jacket in case it gets cold. 

Please bring your own full water bottle and gardening gloves if you have them (we have community gloves if you don't). Any other tools or supplies are provided by Friends of Ballona Wetlands.
