We will first discover what is going well and then look for small changes that will have a big impact. Scott Woodhill is Founder and President of Woodhill Solutions (WS), an Employee Engagement services company specializing in merging science with Emotional Intelligence practices. The goal of all services WS offers is to create more alignment between companies’ needs for productivity/profit and their peoples’ needs for fulfillment/satisfaction. Scott has spent a good deal of time on multiple continents and tries to learn the native tongue of every country he visits (being fluent in two of them).
