You are our Brand Ambassador, the voice of the company! You talk to our customers and ensure their experience with our partners and with Easy Alfred is positive.

During your shift, you receive and make calls with our guests and business partners. You educate them about Easy Alfred’s services and help them book activities during their vacation. You book the activities with our partners. When rescheduling is necessary, you communicate with the partners and clients to work out the kinks.

All our team members work remotely, for four hour shifts, and ideally within their peak waking hours. E.g. morning people on morning shifts, night owls at night With this, we foster respect for schedules and better customer interactions.

You love to talk to people and help them plan their vacation activities.
Patience and politeness are your middle names. Customer service can get challenging at times, but you keep your cool and display grace under pressure. Alfreds are great talkers. They have a gift of conversation. They have a great handle of spoken English. Any additional language skills is beneficial. Basic knowledge of the computer is necessary in order to update reports.
