About Us
The California Yacht Club is among the premier yachting facilities in the world.
Founded in 1922, the original clubhouse was located in Wilmington Harbor. The current Marina del Rey clubhouse was constructed in 1967. Since 2000, the Club was honored as a Platinum Club of America, an award given by the club industry to the top 10% yacht clubs in the nation.
The CYC anchorage is one of the most state-of-the-art private anchorage's on the West Coast. Our Junior Sailing Center is an excellent venue for classroom education and instruction for our young sailors.
CYC offers a heated pool, paddle tennis courts, tennis, adult learn to sail program, and a family-friendly atmosphere.
