He has provided mental conditioning, performance consulting, workshops, and crisis management to hundreds of athletes, coaches, and business leaders; from well-known professionals, Olympians, and teams, to collegiate players across a multitude of sports. Credited with bringing the Inside-Out Paradigm to the athletic community at large, Garret’s work has been featured in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Sports Illustrated, and Forbes; and he has appeared on ESPN, FOX, NPR, WFAN, and The Golf Channel. He is the author of two books, Stillpower: Excellence with Ease in Sports and Life; and The Path of No Resistance: Why Overcoming is Simpler than You Think. Rachel Furman (RPh, MASP, SCPC), brings a refreshing, practical point of view to life’s important issues. She is trained as a Master of Spiritual Psychology (with an emphasis in Consciousness Health and Healing) and is a Soul-Centered Professional Coach and a facilitator of the Three Principles/Inside-Out understanding. She formulates her vast experience, education, loving heart and humor in order to facilitate positive transformation and growth with groups and individuals. Rachel, who moved to Los Angeles from Israel in 1987 and currently lives in Studio City, describes herself as modern Renaissance woman. In addition to being a coach, she is an artist, a pharmacist, a gardner, and a folk dancer, who also loves singalongs and laughing. Joel Drazner (MA in Spiritual Psychology) is a resilience coach, who shares the Inside-Out understanding with individual clients, small groups, businesses, high school students and K-12 teachers. Based in Los Angeles, he works with clients throughout the United States, as well as in Norway, India, Australia and the United Kingdom. Joel has provided therapeutic facilitation for woman’s prison inmates; conducted frequent seminars for L.A. high-school students; led resilience workshops for school teachers, business leaders and veterans transitioning back from homelessness; assisted performing artists struggling with performance anxiety; and he has been a keynote speaker at various Chambers of Commerce and service organizations. Currently, Joel is curriculum director for the International Committee of Artists for Peace (ICAP), which is bringing the Three Principles-based S.P.A.R.K program to K-12 students in Southern California and other U.S. locations.
