About the facilitator:

Dr. Maitri Vaidya is a mindfulness practitioner, teacher, wellness and healthcare leader dedicated to helping individuals and organizations lead with clarity, resilience and heart. With decades of lived practice, Maitri’s approach is practical, integrating the science and psychology of mindfulness through breathwork, meditation, yoga, sound healing and contemplative traditions into accessible, modern experiences for today’s leaders. As co-founder of Zesa Wellness, she works with corporate teams, healthcare systems, professional organizations and community groups to bring mindfulness into everyday life.
In addition to her wellness work, Maitri has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles across complex healthcare organizations, giving her a deep understanding of the pressures leaders face. This dual perspective allows her to bridge practice with real world demands - meeting people where they are and offering tools they can actually use. Maitri holds a Doctorate in Healthcare Leadership & Policy, is certified as a Healthcare Executive and Quality Management professional, as well as being an yogi, meditation instructor and sound healer.
