Hi, I’m Cheyne Stennis. I’m a mission-driven operations leader with 15+ years of experience supporting children, families, and inclusive organizations—and I’m currently focused on the intersection of education, equity, and emerging technologies like AI.
My background started in early childhood education, where I supported both neurotypical and atypically developing children through individualized learning plans and curriculum expansion across multiple sites. That hands-on work gave me deep insight into the systemic challenges families face, which later inspired my shift into nonprofit operations and strategy.
In leadership roles at organizations like Well Baby Center and MedTech Color, I’ve built out scalable operations and cross-sector partnerships to support underrepresented communities—whether that’s startup founders, low-income families, or LGBTQIA+ youth. I've led departments, directed multimodal teams, and driven diversity-focused initiatives from idea to implementation.
Now, I’m integrating all of that experience into a new specialization: AI in Education & Business Operations. I'm exploring how tools like machine learning and adaptive tech can better support small business and individualized learning—especially for historically excluded populations. I am currently supporting small businesses by establishing systems for growth, helping to define business goals, and implementing (AI)utomate by C.Stennis Consulting: AI That Replace Your Tasks, Not You.
