The LAX Coastal Chamber of Commerce & Inteleaders is proud to present its next program as part of its Power Professionals Series - Manager Transformation Boot Camp.
Leadership and management skills are not taught in K-12 education. Where do the most effective managers learn skills in communication, how to inspire direct reports, and enhance company culture while also continuing to focus on their organization's core business? In this experiential and intensive 2-day bootcamp, participants will learn and/or upgrade essential skills that create dramatically higher levels of success in both their work and personal lives.

Inteleaders is a consortium of Leadership & Development experts formed as a partnership between three LAX Coastal Chamber of Commerce member companies: Woodhill Solutions, Midian LLC, and Key Skills Academy. The synergy of the partnership combines unique methodologies and services to offer high-quality workforce development programs to companies through the Chamber. Inteleaders' principals have strong backgrounds in corporate project management and vast experience & expertise in corporate training and leadership coaching.
