Anarissa Cachila is owner of the LAX/Hawthorne branch of Express Employment Professionals, a leading staffing and recruiting firm. Express provides a full range of employment solutions that include full-time, temporary, and part-time employment in a wide range of positions, including Professional, Light Industrial, and Office Services.
Patrick M. Maloney represents clients in business disputes. He has served as lead trial counsel in bench and jury trials in state and federal courts and in arbitration. Mr. Maloney has represented companies in antitrust and patent matters, shareholder and partnership disputes, employment disputes, and in disputes between clients and lawyers in malpractice, fiduciary duty claims, and fee disputes. As a staunch advocate of fair billing practices, Mr. Maloney regularly works with clients to resolve fee disputes with outside counsel arising from bill padding, fraud, and other overcharges. When not in the courtroom or volunteering, Mr. Maloney enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, fishing, and boating. He currently resides in the South Bay with his wife and two children.
