Charity Event - 24hr BJJ Marathon for Liam's Life

Join proud member Systems Training Center as they partner with the nonprofit Liam's Life Foundation to raise awareness to the perils of drunk driving through an attempt to set a world record for the longest Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training session.

Beginners, intermediates, and professionals will be on the mat working on their jiu jitsu skills for 24-hours straight. Featuring special guest UFC fighters and celebrities, including (but not limited to!) Fabricio Werdum, Pedro Munhoz, Gabe Ruediger, Mac Danzig, Alberto Crane, and Ryan Couture!

This event is fun for the whole family with face painting, a photo booth, product vendors, and more, so feel free to drop by for a few hours here and there (attendees don't need to stay the full 24 hours!) to help bring an end to drunk driving in honor of Liam Kowal.

Systems Training Center owner, Marcus Kowal, and his wife Mishel recently lost their 15-month old son, Liam Kowal, in an incident of drunk driving two months ago. It was a devastating blow but the Kowal family was determined to make a difference in their son's name, and so on September 13, Liam's Life Foundation was formed. One person dies every 51 minutes in an alcohol related incident, and Liam's Life Foundation is working to put that to an end.
