Starting as a designer, he built and sold two companies, moving on to agency finance and operations management, leading production and business affairs for over 500 live and televised events in 34 countries. Joe founded Tee Lex to provide real-life solutions that work for project-based small businesses. He has presented at numerous events including the American Institute of Architects annual conference, the world's largest gathering of the profession.
