Thousands of commuters every single day commute to and from the San Fernando Valley and the LAX Coastal community. Whether they live in Sherman Oaks and work at LAX or live in Westchester and commute to their office in Encino – the 405 has become a dreadful experience that dramatically affects the qualify of life for these residents and commuters.
The almost $10 billion dollar Measure M excelerated project will be an integral transit component that will alleviate traffic, improve mobilization to connecting at LAX, and improve how Angelenos live, work, and play through a more unified public transportation system. Under Metro’s 28 by 2028 initiative, the Valley-Westside portion is a candidate for completion prior to the 2028 Olympic Games.
Join us as key leaders at Metro talk about this critical project and how it will play a critical role on the west side of Los Angeles.
