Exclusive behind the scenes tour of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Friday morning, October 11 hosted by the LAX Coastal Young Professionals.
Join us to go places most only see from the window of their airplane:
We will start the morning with a presentation at the Flight Path Museum on the Landside Access Modernization Program while enjoying a light morning snack. We will then take a tarmac tour of LAX to see:
- The Historic Hangar One built in 1929 by the Wright Brothers and Glenn Curtis (founder of the American aircraft industry)
- Step off the tour bus to get an up close view of the Qantas Airbus 380, world's largest passenger jet
- Planes taking of and landing on the LAX tarmac
- The new Midfield Satellite Concourse, set to open in 2020
