Please join the Lifestyle Group for Women in Business for this wonderful art exhibit and experience called Flesh and Soul.

Cheryl Girard is a textile designer, artist and writer who turned her struggle with compulsive eating and body shame into art.  In her show, Flesh and Soul, she shares her tender stories through art and spoken word.  Her courage and vulnerability make this show a unique and impactful “experience”.  Although the details are personal, the themes of shame and self-love are universal.  Her willingness to share the journey is an invitation for others to stand in their pain and their power and move toward acceptance and healing.
 
In addition to shows, Cheryl has workshops and speaks to young girls from middle school and up.
