Event Description:
Join us as we learn the importance of the how our balance & well-being is connected to the Mind, Body, Spirit and not just physical health. From mental health to spiritual health, a "Healthy” Lifestyle means we are paying attention to all three aspects of our nature; the mind, body and spirit.

This morning will be filled with energy and excitement as we learn from 3 amazing women in a panel setting. See details on our 3 fabulous presenters below. 


Diana Hoffman, Ph.D., Clinical Director of Airport Marina Counseling Service, graduated from the California School of Professional Psychology, San Diego, following her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara.  For the first 14 years of her career, she worked with the homeless and mentally ill, during which time she not only provided direct services, but she operated short-term residential facilities and supervised training therapists.  Her contributions to the mental health community include the construction of a training program for staff and interns for an agency operating 28 facilities. Dr. Hoffman has been continuing her contributions to the community through her work with Airport Marina Counseling Service since June 2009.
Kari Jaffe is a Curator of Yoga Evolution as well as a fearless creator. She powerfully impacts everything she touches with her vibrancy. As a community architect, she influences through human connection, movement, music, and shared experience. Kari is seamlessly bridging the gap from the yoga room to the street, creating a home for all facets of a yogic lifestyle. As a visionary, she has moved beyond the mat and into how we show up in the world, and Kari shows up with authenticity. Her services include continuing education for teachers, private yoga instruction, group lessons at schools, tailor made programs for athletes, creating interactive activations, hosting events that shed light and awareness on important causes, and a foundation fostering support of a growing yogi community.
Teri Jo Wheeler holds a Masters degree in Spiritual Psychology and a Certificate in Consciousness, Health & Healing. Currently, she is continuing her education to complete her Masters in Spiritual Science. Teri honors all faiths and is an ordained minister in the Movement for Spiritual Inner Awareness. As a life-long spiritual seeker, Teri Jo has walked the soul-centered path from Christianity at Westchester Lutheran Church to non-denominational churches like Unity, Ananda and Agape, and esoteric schools like The Fourth Way and Gnosis. As former Kindergarten Teacher and School Counselor, she immersed herself in a living laboratory, anchoring in the knowing that we are Divine Loving Beings having a human experience. In addition to being the Owner of Home Soulutions, a home organizing organization with soulfulness and empathy, she is also Soul Coach, leading individuals and groups in cultivating their Inner Trio Connection with the mind, heart and soul.
