Having the ability to defend yourself increases your self-esteem and boosts your confidence. The best way to learn self-defense is to get the proper training and to learn martial arts from a professional fighter. Today's instructor is Hayward Brown, owner / operator of Hayward Kickboxing Center and a Certified Personal Trainer and Kickboxing Aerobics Instructor, holding Black Belts in Wing Chun, Lima Lama, and Ukidokan. Hayward was a professional K1 fighter, combining the most skillful and effective elements of martial arts and competing against the best athletes and fighters in the world.
Class will be from 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM, with networking from 6:30 PM -7:30 PM. Please wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a towel and water bottle.
