Lifestyle Group: The Power Intentional Gratitude
November is the month of Thanksgiving and gratitude. An opportunity for reflection on what we value in business and in our personal lives. We've all had aha-moments the past year and it's time to move forward with standing in our power, setting boundaries, and connecting with core values again, and leading our life with intentional gratitude.
Join us as business and life coach, Rina Mora will lead the conversation of The Power of Intention: Gratitude and aligning your core-values and mindset. (or The Power of Intentional Gratitude: Bless your Mess and align with gratitude and core values. )
Here's a snapshot of what we'll cover:
- Real growth begins with Intention. What is your intention?
- What is it that you are seeking to gain or release, and why?
- Learn to be grateful for the experiences that have gotten you to where you are right now.
- Good or Bad, learning to “Bless your Mess.”
- Adopting the Attitude of Gratitude towards your intentions to help you create the change you are looking for.

As a Business Coach Rina utilizes the tools that she has learned over the years along with her own personal experience to work with her clients to help create systems and habits that are tailored to their business needs that promote more growth and efficiency in the workplace.
As a Life Coach Rina helps individuals find their True Voice and stand in their Power so that they can live their most Authentic and Best Lives!!
She does this by first identifying what their desires are and what they feel is holding them back. Rina works with her client’s creating habits and making shifts in mindset and belief. Putting into practice some of the habits that she, herself has used.
Next, learn to be Grateful for the experiences that you have had to get to where you are right now. Good or Bad, learning to “Bless your Mess.” and acknowledging the growth that comes with that goes a long way.
Finally, adopting the Attitude of Gratitude towards your intentions to help you create the change you are looking for.
