Sometimes, we forget it is human beings who are running our businesses. In order to meet our business goals and objectives, we need to refine our understanding around what it means to be human in the workplace and how we leverage our individual drives to achieve business results. Today?s top leaders are self-aware of their strengths, including communication style and decision-making style. These top leaders also know how to adapt their styles to those around them to effectively influence others and achieve desired results.
This highly interactive and informative session with the SD Leadership Institute will apply the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment tool to discover the value around 5 key factors:
- What are your personal preferences around how to lead, communicate and make decisions?
- What are your personal preferences around pace and structure?
- How can you make these preferences work for you with your team or clients?
- How can you be more effective in your workplace interactions?
- How can you leverage your team?s talent with this knowledge?
