Christopher M Petersen

Beginning my finance career in 1998 working for a local community bank, I went from the bank's asset management team to loan production. After establishing a niche at the bank, I was recruited to operate a mortgage origination office for one of the largest mortgage brokers in California. Subsequently I left with Carolina Petersen to form CP Financial and CP Realty Inc. My background and experience makes me an expert in loan origination, real estate sales, construction development consulting, credit criteria, and real estate investment.
