Your mind is such a powerful tool; it impacts your words, attitude, actions and habits. When we allow negativity to be the controlling force, we foster an environment that is damaging to our mental, emotional and physical health as well as our relationships. It can be a strong force with continuous pull.
How do we avoid that? Join us for a morning of pure positivity.
In this interactive session we will:
- discuss ways to choose positivity
- see how to incorporate it into our daily lives
- have fun and enjoy positivity in the moment
“We can complain because rose bushes have thorns or rejoice because thorns have roses.” – Alphonse Karr
