Power of Play: Team-Building Workshops

Lydia has over a decade of experience in improv comedy coupled with a substantial corporate background. She has trained at distinguished institutions such as GROUNDLINGS and UPRIGHT CITIZENS BRIGADE. She’s also a successful content creator posting daily videos with Cosmic Force Comedy. Graduating with honors from the University of Tennessee, she has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting along with a collateral in Finance. She loves being able to use her corporate know-how and comedic talent to elevate others.
