Exceptional Children’s Foundation (ECF) provides the highest quality services for children and adults who are challenged with developmental, learning and emotional disabilities – empowering them to reach their greatest potential. Each year, ECF serves over 4,000 participants of all ages and their families at 15 program sites, in participants' homes, and in community settings throughout Los Angeles County. ECF is the only organization of its kind in California to provide a lifespan of services for children and adults with developmental disabilities. ECF also partners with over 100 businesses to create opportunities for participants with special needs to reach their greatest potential, via employment training, employment placement, commercial art sales, and business-to-business services including fulfillment and packaging, light manufacturing and janitorial services.
